About the role
Most CRM admin roles bury you in one company's backlog. This one puts you across two to four client environments at once, each running the Sophizo revenue architecture. You will configure, harden, and document CRM orgs so that pipeline data is clean enough for predictive forecasting and agentic AI workflows to act on it.
What you will do
- Own day-to-day administration across multiple client CRM orgs: flows, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, and release management.
- Rebuild pipeline stages, forecast categories, and required fields to match each client's revenue architecture.
- Run data hygiene programs: dedupe, enrichment, ownership rules, and field completion standards that stick.
- Integrate the surrounding stack: conversation intelligence, intent data, enrichment, billing, and marketing automation.
- Build reports and dashboards a CEO actually reads. Fewer tabs, sharper answers.
- Support agentic AI workflows that read and write CRM data. You keep the schema and permissions safe while the agents work.
- Document everything so clients own their system, not a mystery.
What you bring
- 4+ years administering CRM Sales Cloud in B2B environments. Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is a plus, not a requirement.
- Flow-first automation instincts. You reach for declarative tools before code and know when neither is the answer.
- A revenue operations mindset. You ask what a field is for before you create it.
- Hands-on experience with Data Loader, sandbox management, and at least two major integrations (CRM, revenue tools, or similar).
- Consultant temperament: you communicate clearly, set expectations, and work without supervision.
- Comfort working alongside AI tooling. Curiosity beats credentials here.
