About the role
Growth-stage companies buy CRM fast and configure it badly. Your job is to turn each client's instance into a clean, measurable revenue engine: one lifecycle model, one scoring system, one attribution story that finance will accept. You will also wire CRM into agentic AI workflows through webhooks, custom properties, and clean data contracts.
What you will do
- Administer Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs across multiple client portals: properties, pipelines, permissions, and data governance.
- Design lifecycle stages and lead scoring that sales actually trusts, then enforce them with workflows.
- Build and maintain sequences, playbooks, and handoff automation between marketing and sales.
- Own attribution and funnel reporting: campaign to pipeline to revenue, defensible in a board meeting.
- Clean up data models: dedupe, normalize, and archive so every report starts from the truth.
- Manage CRM-CRM syncs in hybrid stacks, including field mapping and conflict rules.
- Expose clean data to AI agents via webhooks and custom properties, and fold agent outputs back into the CRM.
What you bring
- 3+ years administering CRM at the Professional tier or higher across Marketing and Sales Hubs. CRM certifications are a plus.
- You think in lifecycle stages and data contracts, not one-off campaigns.
- Proven workflow and sequence craftsmanship. You know when automation helps and when it annoys.
- Reporting fluency: custom report builder, attribution models, and dashboards that answer real questions.
- Experience with CRM-CRM integration is strongly preferred.
- Consultant temperament: clear writing, honest estimates, no hand-holding required.
